Hip Hop Couture Fashion is presenting the “Thrifty 2Trendy Fashion Competition” on Friday, Oct 23, 2009 at 6 p.m., and you are invited to take part of this event. The purpose of the “Thrifty 2 Trendy” fashion show is to showcase fashions from different cultures on a budget in lieu of our current economic status. We plan on doing this by giving diverse models, sponsored by different student organizations, the opportunity to go to a thrift shop or vintage store and find different items that resemble their personality and style while still being trendy. This will not only bring different cultures and organizations on campus together, but also open up the horizons of our broader audience, and give them inspiration to find inexpensive, trendy outfits. The competition will consist of different organizations dressing up a member of your organization to showcase their sense of style but there are some stipulations to this competition. There also will be a make-over for some lucky person. We will be pubbing in front in Jester.

**We are taking nomination of people whom may need a new outfit or two and it can be you! So come on over while Hip Hop Couture step up the fashion game don’t forget to nominate a NAME!!!
